What is Tidio?

Tidio unifies conversational marketing and support via live chat, a help desk, chatbot builder, and AI agent (Lyro). It integrates with websites, e-commerce, and messaging channels (Shopify, WordPress, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp). Tidio engages visitors in real-time, automates inquiries with chatbots (Flows), and scales support with Lyro, an AI agent trained on FAQs for 24/7 autonomous conversation management. Its embedded help desk and ticketing system allows agents to track chats/emails, assign tickets, manage issues with full conversation history, and use canned responses. Features include analytics, visitor lists, operating hours, team departments, visitor notes, automatic chat assignment, satisfaction surveys, and multilingual support. Tidio also offers native voice/video calls, OpenAPI access, multisite deployment, custom branding, and third-party integrations via Zapier and direct connectors.

- visual chatbot editor (the drag and drop builder is incredibility intuitive) - mobile app is excellent - pre-made templates

Dislike

Quite intensive on Javascript, there isn't too much customisation for how Tidio appears on mobile webpage, and the minor issues I had with it (disappearing) while in admin-view of my builder (I imagine it was more compatability-based than purely on Tidio's side)

The provided price and ROI measurements appear to be unsatisfactory.

- AI limits (AI feature is great but the quota for AI-generated rensponses fills up very quickly on the lower tiers) - Tidio branding (on the free and starter plans) - Reporting depth (while it shows how many chats occured, the analytics on conversion attribution)
