The standout features are as follows; integration was so easy to implement, the administration backend is functional, and cost effective.

The main issues or weaknesses are as follows: we want to make the product our own, basically we want to remove the branding of our chatbot but it requires additional payment to do it which is not yet feasible to our current tech budget. But a small font saying Powered by Lyro AI Agent is a small price to pay to what it achieves to our website.
The provided price and ROI measurements appear to be unsatisfactory.
Quite intensive on Javascript, there isn't too much customisation for how Tidio appears on mobile webpage, and the minor issues I had with it (disappearing) while in admin-view of my builder (I imagine it was more compatability-based than purely on Tidio's side)
