UKG Pro Workforce Management Likes & Dislikes

Like

We can use this on various devices like laptops, phones and tabs very easily. We can easily create group chats ,polls and surveys. The features to project and task management is also very useful.

It integrates into the broader UKG ready framework which is very powerful and hopefully is a single source of all things HR/Business Support - leading to more employee use.

Dislike

Sometimes it does not work seamlessly as expected. Sometimes we see some lagging issues. Limited offline access is also quite a concern.

The sign in process for our employees is too involved - as a 2FA requirement to login - this is a big barrier for our field technicians to often use the software and participate.
