Auto profile assignments are very handy, syncing with UKG Pro Core was easy for them to set up for us, and we like the various types of reporting we can get from the system.
The ADA tool is probably the easiest to file and submit ADA with the tools set up for the system.
I like how user-friendly the system is and that it is self-explanatory. My favorite feature is being able to see all leave balances and what time I gain or have taken to accurately plan ahead. Being a delegate for executive staff is also very simple to navigate and user friendly.
The system accruals can be cumbersome and tricky set up. Often times, we find that while our accrual rules appear complicated, complicated setups don't work most of the time. You need to really simplify the logic in the setting up of the accruals to make it function properly. Also, any time we create a new job or org level in UKG Pro HCM, someone has to go into WFM to map it, which is rather cumbersome.
Probably time management. This is clearly Kronos and still operates as a separate system outside of the wider UKG system. Support team is also really really hard to get ahold of and answers vary wildly with us being misled more often than led in the correct direction.
There isn't really anything that I dislike about the product. I feel it could be a little more user friendly when it comes to being able to input and approve a timecard on behalf of executive staff. We have also run into some technical issues with the manager being able to see their staff timecards when they add a delegate on their behalf. The other complaint would be that a supervisor can add your schedule in, but if you get a new position, the employee is not able to edit the work schedule. It can only be done by a supervisor, so it causes more work on the employee end manually updating their time worked until the supervisor changes or deletes the pre input schedule.

System Effectively Manages Complex Pay Structures But Struggles With Overtime Equalization
The scheduling and pay structure has worked well within WFM. We have a complicated pay structure in that we have different rates for different jobs. The system handles this very well. Overtime equalization doesn't play well with the system. Everything is built around scheduling so we can't do much. Now this may be due to a system limitation or lack of knowledge, either way, we need a way to track overtime equalization that is centered around scheduling.
