Given enough time and effort, it is capable of meeting the bulk of our workforce management and compliance needs, however, achieving this outcome has been notably more complex than other tools within the same space.

UKG Ready's biggest differentiator is its customizability. You can control nearly everything yourself and have a lot of flexibility on what and how to do things within the program. They have some really smart SMEs that can help with things you don't know how to do yourself too.

1) The graphical user interface (GUI) is modern, highly configurable and relatively intuitive. 2) The alert notification system is robust, allowing for very specific automatic internal comms. 3) The custom dashboards have made it easy to set up views that are important to the end user.

1. It is a centralized platform with HR, Payroll and Time tracking 2. Approvals are automated with payroll processing and attendance 3. Both Hr teams and employees feel smooth in operating the system

Given the nature of the product, it has a lot of areas that you can mess up with the wrong setting or if you don't know that it needs to be set up a certain way. It's complex which makes things customizable but also hard to track.

The credential/user records provision was sold as a solution to address our needs regarding critical/non-critical licenses, qualifications and tickets for staff. Whilst it mostly achieves this requirement, there have been a number of workarounds that we needed to do in order to get it working effectively.
