As a small team we find using the CMS pretty straight forward and training others is not too bad. However, at the moment we aren't taking full advantage of all the features and updates the product has to offer. Through tailored meetings and guidance, I feel that our customer manager has done an amazing job at keeping us updated and motivated. We had productive sessions on looking to the future and ways we can improve not only our employee expereince with the product but also how we can become more efficient as a team and work smarter using technology.

Unily is a complete platform that helped us to address our major pain points. It has a great focus on integrations; it develops next steps and has a strong vision about the future needs of employees which helps us to continuously improve where needed and focus on other relevant improvements. the cms is easy to use so our hundreds of content manager feel comfortable using it and publishing information

Unily has a great package of functionality to get you started in improving EX and allows customization.

My experience with Unily has been fantastic. The service has been exceptional and the support is second to none. Our CSM is always on hand to answer questions, solve queries and generally bounce ideas off. They've encouraged us to collaborate with their other customers, also, to help one another with our experiences. In terms of the product, I am an absolute advocate of Unily. I have seen it evolve over the years, going from strength to strength in terms of its product offering; well designed and useful features, engagement widgets, user experiences and more.

Unily provides a great platform for our internal Intranet. We are able to share resources and tools as well as company information easily with employees.
