Our customer success manager has been very helpful and responsive when we reach out with questions. The functionality of the platform meets our users' needs overall and we have made suggestions for improvements that we hope can be implemented in the near future.

Prior to the pandemic, we offered employees a gym membership benefit at a local gym. The membership was a popular benefit but was very expensive and not widely utilized. In 2022, we transitioned to Incentfit to allow us to provide employees with a more flexible fitness reward. Instead of a blanket membership to a single gym, employees now have the ability to choose whatever activity they prefer and get rewarded for being active, instead of simply having a gym membership that they may or may not use. From an administration standpoint, the implementation has been flawless. The payroll file arrives on the first of each month and importing it with ADP has been seamless. The user experience with the app, however, is the only thing holding back the grade.

The fitness part of Advantage Wellness has been great for me.I got solid discounts on gym memberships, and the best part is there were plenty of options to choose from.

Overall, my experience with YuMuuv has been positive. It's easy to use, encourages participation, and does a good job of bringing teams together around wellness and activity goals

It's a very detailed product with a lot of options for earning points, but perhaps a bit to its detriment. It's also in need of some UX love.

This is a great and simple way to motivate employees to get up and get active, pursuing well-being through movement. Ignites friendly competition within the employee population that results in a net benefit for all

Wellness programs always boost morale and encourage employees to a positive behavioral change in their attitude. WellSteps had multiple wellness activities which helped to easily form these programs within our institution.

This is a solid platform that helps keep employee morale and experience up. It's really popular with new hires and helps begin strong engagement from the beginning of a new hire's tenure. There's a lot of resources provided on the platform but we've had some reports of some struggles with the technical aspects of the website/app
