The vFairs team provides excellent customer service. Having a knowledgeable, dedicated contact person ensures the success of your event.

Their customer service cannot be beat. You get a dedicated project manager who works to make sure your event is just the way you need it to be. The look of the platform is really nice, for our events we have virtual exhibitors as well as online sessions and the fact that the exhibitors' platform looks like individual booths as you would have them in a live exhibit hall is very nice. For the live/pre-recorded sessions, they are organized nicely and in a way that is easy to identify and find.

It's been a great experience and partnership. Initially, the chat feature was challenging for our participating companies to engage and manage; however, the service team quickly addressed it.

The main issue I think we have is with the small details. The vendor team is not as detail-oriented as I would like them to be. For instance, if you change a date or time in one location, they don't think to change it in all of the other locations where it occurs. As customers, we should be checking everything, but they miss a lot of the small details and that creates extra work for us. Another thing that happens a lot is that we will ask them to change one thing and then they change that item, but also other things that we did not ask them to change. This has happened quite a few times, so we have gotten to the point where we are extremely specific in what we ask them to do and ask them to only change what we have asked for and not anything else. They think they are helping, but it is not always helpful. That said, the team is always excellent, easy to work with and the platform is outstanding, so we overlook these minor issues.
