What I like most is the seamless experience for collaboration and makes communication smooth even when we like to communicate with clients across the world. I like the simple way of creating meetings and groups. Another reason is that it's a one-stop solution for calling, messaging, live chat and events.
The interface is fine and intuitive.
The AI-powered meeting summaries have significantly improved our post-meeting workflow. This has given us significant time savings, especially quick catch-ups are needed. The seamless integration with other platforms is also a very nice feature.
Mainly what I dislike is a bit of latency in terms of creating large groups and events. Secondly, I have also noticed issues with audio and video quality when we are in a big group. There are issues with screen sharing sometimes but all that is like once in a blue moon so I would still love to still use it.
Constant bugs and issues really take away from the experience.
The interface complexity was something to get used to. Some features were unclear. The AI-accuracy, although very good, was not always 100% correct, leaving out important details. I am confident that this will be improved in the future. At the start, we also had some issues with performance variability.
