It's reliable and we can use messaging, video meetings, whiteboarding, screen sharing and recording all in one place without switching to different platforms. Strong encryption that provides enough security even when handling sensitive information. High quality audio and video experience. The chat threading feature, which uses AI to summarize messages, makes it easier to see and respond to multiple messages at once.
The interface is fine and intuitive.
What I like most is the seamless experience for collaboration and makes communication smooth even when we like to communicate with clients across the world. I like the simple way of creating meetings and groups. Another reason is that it's a one-stop solution for calling, messaging, live chat and events.
Flexible and more affordable AI pricing would be a great addition.
Constant bugs and issues really take away from the experience.
Mainly what I dislike is a bit of latency in terms of creating large groups and events. Secondly, I have also noticed issues with audio and video quality when we are in a big group. There are issues with screen sharing sometimes but all that is like once in a blue moon so I would still love to still use it.
