Read Full Review1. Time to value - The pre-built connectors were extremely easy to use and implement in our integration process. Examples would be Salesforce, Google Workspace, Slack, etc. 2. Governance and Security - Due to the sensitive nature of our data, we had to have a product that was able to have enterprise level security such as SOC 2, ISO etc. Regional data centers is also important to us due to GDPR and localized laws for our clients. 3. AI Native Platform - With AI at the forefront of many of our products, Workato has allowed us to quickly put on agentic workflows into our product.

Terminology is sometimes confusing. Engineers seem to be a bit stubborn about adding features that might help end users (open to fixing broken things, but less so with usability issues) - for example, no easy way to test run a job. No easy way to clear job cache.

This would be a way to expand their market place 2. Learning curve - the training is amazing but sometimes the syntax can be tricky coming from other products in my background 3. I wish debugging was a little easier

Great integration product that is easy to use and quite flexible
The Workato platform is very easy to use and does not require advanced programming to set up integration jobs. It connects to a wide variety of platforms and services, and provides a lot of options for settings and data flow. While the main part of the platform is simple and easy, Workato still provides an SDK for programmers to write advanced custom data flows should there be a need. We were very pleased with the big data options available, such as batching of records, change tracking, subscriptions and more. Tight integration with Snowflake Data Warehouse is also outstanding. My only complaint is with some of the terminology they use for things, which can be a little confusing.
