Read Full ReviewCeligo integrates exceptionally well with NetSuite, in terms of use of saved searches for scheduling flows, within multi-field lookups and additional filters for complex conditions, the use of Listener for fetching data based on NetSuite triggers, and use of descriptive NetSuite field names, instead of only internal ids The handlebars functionality is very flexible, easy to learn and accessible to non-technical users. Overall Celigo is quick to learn. The Celigo University certifications are very effective and well pitched at both technical and non-technical users. The ability to re-use Flows and Steps without disturbing the base flow or step is extremely useful and saves a lot of time. It supports a vast number of prebuilt connectors, and we found setting up custom HTTP connectors to be very quick and easy. The AI Assist capability is very good for finding out quickly how to do something within Celigo. For more complex solutions the support for Java Script is very good, with the ability to re-use scripts in any step

Read Full ReviewThe Listener is not fully consistent with regard to fetching the data. The graphical User Interface is not as good as other vendors. When working on multiple tabs/windows, sometimes Celigo logs you out, which is annoying. When scheduling flows it is not as easy as we would like to define the time, if you need to resort to a cron expression.

Celigo has been the driving force behind all of our integrations. The scalability and the ease of use when designing and creating integration flows is top notch. What we love most about it is the ability to create our own api connections or use the pre-built connectors which helps save a lot of time connecting to the systems we use the most. Celigo's user interface makes it easy to use and to see exactly what is going on in a flow. The error handling and the error notifications allow our team to keep tabs on all running flows to make sure things run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Coming from someone without a technical background, I was shocked at how easy and intuitive Integrator.io is designed. It is a low-code/no-code tool that lives up to its name. The integration apps are a game changer and one of the reasons I prefer to use Celigo. There are other templates available on the platform that you can use for free to help you get started, which are awesome for avoiding the proverbial blank page. I also appreciate that the support team is always willing to help rather than turning me away just because I have a question that falls more in the "how to do" rather than the "break/fix" distinction.
