User interface is a bit old. Also, customization options are not available, and handling dashboards is challenging due to persistent lagging issues. Exporting from these dashboards is notable cumbersome. Lastly, to go back to previous pages, is not that straightforward and sometimes you need to exit and restart from scratch.
- Not integrated with payroll as it was managed by ADP
Took time for training all team members. Got little confusing for new team members, as the tool has extensive functionality. Training Videos can be very useful.
