I like how Workvivo makes the organizational communication fun and much more social as I can look over the updates and news all across the company in one app also I can react on the posts and can comment on them.
Very intuitive platform, Can be great for team shoutouts, taking polls and surveys. Work colleagues can engage with one another easily and keep each other updated on tasks.
I like how the mobile app allows me to check the updates and announcements from anywhere. I can connect multiple apps with it so everything gets straight. The engagement tools are interactive such as likes, comments and others.
I dislike the effort to find old posts which is not so easy and notifications can get overwhelming which can cause disturbance and can miss put the important update.
Not sure as i help deploy this tool for a client of ours. From the feedback that I have received, some limitations that can be improved on are like direct messaging. Somethings there can be delays.
In some areas the customization is a bit limited and if I am looking for old posts the search feature is not so powerful and does not provide accurate results.
