We found the threat detection accurate and alerts are clear enough to take action quickly. Intitial setup took some time and the console can feel a bit complex for new users, but once configured properly it works reliably. Support response is decent, though sometimes it takes follow-ups. Overall, it does what it promises and gives good visibility into endpoint security.
