Yello can be integrated with major HCM/ATS portals (Workday/Oracle). 3. Everything is very streamlined. The collection of candidate data is seamless and easy to input. Being able to have all of the information in one place has been great. Yello supports integration with a lot of other platforms. There are a lot of automation options and ways that Yello helps us organize events. Yello has a mobile version that is very fleshed out. Previous software we have tried has struggled in the mobile department. The mobile experience with Yello is just as good as the native version.
Yello is helpful in reducing manual effort for scheduling interviews and the dashboard helps to look into data very easily.
1. Costly - For small and medium scale organizations, it may be a bit costly if you are not in high volume recruiting. 2. Complexity of integration - Integration is complex and in today's world of cyber security, organizations fear giving too much access for integration. 3. During peak recruiting season, support is slow and inconsistent.
As wonderful as Yello is, paying more for more events can be a bit of a pain, it would be great if there was a way to purchase large amounts of events in bulk so we could quickly move from one event to the next. There is a learning curve with Yello. It is not always easy to teach someone the ins and outs of the software, so some more onboarding options would be great. Customer support that is more responsive would also help with this.
For real time process we are facing performance issues and some glitches. Also, sometimes the system is unresponsive. If we solve this then it will be more powerful.
