Clean Simple Interface, Ease of persistent remote access deployment access, remote support site is simple to direct cutomers to and get logged in.
1. The platform's web-based access with fully featured browser-based control options alleviates the requirement for extensive local installations. 2. The ability to collaborate and invite other technical personnel during sessions greatly increased troubleshooting efficiency. 3. The fast session initiation experienced by many IT members allowed the teams to respond to multiple requests promptly, avoiding operational delays.
I like that Zoho Assist is super secure and it ensures secure connections. It saves money/resources as our IT teams can troubleshoot issues remotely. The tool makes it possible to work remotely from any device. The tool effortlessly integrates with other Zoho apps which makes it even better.
There are few if any things I dislike... maybe the extra prompts before a remote session starts or the extra steps to get running on a mac, but those are more due to external forces than anything... maybe some of the restrictions on license levels, but thats more a function of my budget than anything, its a robust software for the level we pay for.
1. The platform's mobile application does not possess the same level of responsiveness and features as the desktop application thus limiting the efficiency of remote mobile work. 2. The inconsistencies in session recording quality experienced by multiple team members, along with limited audit trail features, severely impact traceability for compliance-based enterprises. 3. Administrators had limited granular access control over session privileges and technician permissions.
With Zoho Assist, no failures to report as the tool always meets our needs.
