I like how it keeps everything from attendance and leave to employee records in one clean system that's easy to understand. The custom workflows are a big plus because they let me adjust processes to match how the organization works. I also find the performance tracking and goal setting features useful as they make reviews more structured and fair also the integration with other Zoho apps adds real value by keeping data connected and reducing manual effort.
- Good feature set Core HR features - Affordable for SMB organizations - Good set of customizations
1- I like how easy it is to apply for leave and track attendance in one place. Earlier this used to involve emails or spreadsheets but now everything is much more transparent and easier to follow. 2- Helpful that employees can update their own information or check their records without reaching out to HR, save time on both side. 3- The approval flows for leave or other requests work quite smoothly, reducing a lot of back and forth communication.
Some advanced features are locked behind higher plans and the system can feel a bit crowded which slows down navigation also some reports and settings lack flexibility and need extra effort to customize.
- The dashboard looks more like a CRM dashboard than a HR portal - Configuring workflows and policies are a bit confusing - You cannot apply for leaves a week before the given date Restriction
1- There were times when I didn't notice certain updates or approvals immediately because the notifications weren't very prominent. 2- When we had special cases like adjusting leave balances or handling exceptions, it wasn't always straightforward. 3- While the standard reports are useful, I found them a bit limiting when I wanted very specific data views.
