My team manages the Atlassian Suite for the company and have used Jira for the past 10 years. Overall, I think it's been great for us. Learning it on the back end as an admin can be challenging but once you learn it, it's smooth to keep up with. We primarily use it as our service desk ticketing system and for project management (Jira Service Management). We use Confluence to keep track of how-to's, those are very easy to create and keep up with and we use OpsGenie as our paging app. There are also different plug-ins/apps we use that have worked well for the business.

I really appreciate JIRA's widespread integration with other tools which makes it easy to keep everything connected. The platform's focus on team collaboration and communication is a definite plus and enhances productivity, allowing everyone to be aligned and work efficiently. Overall project management is simplified with JIRA, helping teams stay focused and deliver results. The downside for me is the haphazard UI -- it is functional, but it could be more clean and functional.
