Below features contribute to a streamlined and efficient spending management process, which is a major reason why I favor Airbase. - Centralized spend management - Automated workflow - Realtime visibility - Ease of use - Integration capabilities - Customizable features - Expense management tools - Customer support
Ease of use. Simple approval process. Ability to export a PDF showing a summary as well as all of the receipts in a single document.
One area of improvement is the enhacements timeframe. While new features are implemented their not always frequently communicated right away.
- Limited Global Features - Multinational companies may find it difficult to use as not all currencies are covered and multiple tax regulations or compliances make it less ideal for such organizations. - User interface bug - Occasionally I've found that I face bugs and glitches which have impacted the overall user experience. - Customer Service delay - Response time has to be decreased but overall customer support is positive
