Rippling's Spend feature has helped us distribute cards to our staff so they can use it for work expenses, this has helped reduce personal card reimbursements by a lot which cuts down on work needed. Rippling's expense reimbursement feature helps us out when we do have to remit payments to any employees who end up using a personal card. Rippling's device management feature helps when we need to monitor any company owned laptops that were distributed to staff. This streamlines the onboarding and offboarding process by alot.

Sometimes it may take a while for suggested features to be implemented, but this is understandable as many people likely have to request something like this before it's considered for implementation.
