I think generally the UI is a bit overcomplicated at times. The contract lock-in is really annoying. And the different departments you have to weave through sucks.

When trying to sign in, I get directed to one sign in page with a field for email and password, then get redirected to another with just the email field. 3. The iOS app still makes you use 2FA even though face id would be a reasonable option for authentication.
