How easy it makes segmentation

No dislikes for ActiveCampaign Platform.

Can't use our own fonts in the emails. Awful customer service. Worst experience of my career. We wanted to make a change in our plan before the billing. They said okay, kept us waiting until the billing period and then DID NOT perform the changes we wanted and charged what they wanted to charge. They said they would provide 5000 additional contacts for the trouble they caused. THEN they sent a payment link for the additional contacts.

There is nothing to dislike

With being in Australia and their support team being in the US there can be some delays and challenges when problems arise. However they are very responsive and try to support resolution to the issue. The community, help documents and videos are particularly helpful to self serving and the product is easy to use.
