We are an ongoing customer of the Orbus Infinity - (iServer365 rebranded) product. OrbusInfinity continues to grow as the go-to for delivering insights across the Enterprise in terms of architecture and interoperability. Dubbed the digital-twin to the enteprise. Selected initially after a review of multiple tools in the market, its rules engine has reduced the requirement for training all users in maintaining an EA repository or methodology. The tool continues to be actively developed, providing new tools and capabilities which align with our own growth. There has always been a good relationship with LeanIX, with regular meetings with a Customer Success Manager to help us to get the best from the tool without it being a hard sell on other modules or products to increase revenue. The release cycle is frequent, with new capabilities being released on a weekly basis - sometimes significant, sometimes minor UX tweaks. Support has always been excellent, with responses to support tickets often being within the hour, even with lower priority issues. The product itself is still maturing, with reporting capabilities in particular being limited. I have never experienced the level of engagement with any vendor (post purchase) that is provided by Ardoq. Their chat support is the best ever. I usually get an engagement within two minutes. The support team is knowledgeable about the product - in the early days they walked me through different processes. They helped me with coding techniques for the reporting query language (gremlin). Glitches associated with new releases have been fixed within a week. At the customer success level, we have been provided with access to Ardoq leads in different areas to discuss proposed approaches to using the product that we were considering. Ardoq has a team that produces detailed and helpful white papers on recommended practices for maximizing value from the product. Finally, the development group provides substantial new functionality on a quarterly basis. The product update icon on the main screen is a little box with a bow. Ardoq is the only product where I regularly look forward to releases as new gifts, rather than something that has to be managed.Read all insights and reviews for Ardoq
