Saleable Low code Flexibility: Despite its Low-code/no-code design, the platform is robust enough to handle everything from basic task automation to highly complex, end to end business processes. Centralized Control : Eliminate tool-switching with a unified control room that brings development, orchestration, and administrative oversight into a single interface.

Newer models take time to get on the platform, it could be expedited. Governance Logs could become more structured and can have more information including trace, callbacks. How to setup Fallbacks should be something that the product team can look at.

The set up is a bit longer than expected. need to improve integration.

Package & Version Brittleness : A360 cloud version, package driven platform , updates can sometimes cause unexpected friction. the bot developed in old version sometimes might behave differently after a CR update. Brittle UI Automation: The recorder package it still struggles with certain environments such as Citrix environments or website with Dynamic IDs can be difficult. Bot Agent Connectivity & Stability : once its install but fails to connect to the Control Room, requiring Manual service restarts & browser extension re-installations.
