Automation Anywhere APA is a useful tool for easing day to day complex tasks with intelligence. However, there are some challenges in integration with legacy systems. Decisions being made by APA depend upon how good the data is being provided, there should be no biased data as it may impact decisions. To create automated workflows and scripts, skilled resources are required who understand how APA works. Thus training may be required for the same. We have been using it for some tasks which run on odd hours and thus no human intervention is required and is handled completely by Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation.
Read Full ReviewLicense costs are quite high, so I can imagine that it is interesting mostly for larger enterprises such as the one we were assessing. The business case was still positive, however. I have also heard that Automation Anywhere could get buggy in complex workflows with multiple automations. We haven't had the opportunity to experience this however yet so far.
