Overall experience is excellent based on customer service/success teams, forum community, constant updates, and openness to learn and grow from customers.

I absolutely love Asana. It helps our team manage all of our work collaboratively and ensures we are moving projects forward. I particularly use it to manage new product development and go to market launches from conception to launch. We manage the conception of the product, the design, the manufacturing of the product, the arrival to our warehouses, the marketing, the communications and the sales of that product. This involves many different teams and Asana helps everyone stay on track and find the right information. We use it to make sure all of our marketing tasks are completed and each person's tasks are completed before their work is needed by another team member to complete his or her task.
