My firm's use of the product is primarily expense management of fixed telecom services. The team behind the portal is outstanding and makes the process work. Their dedication and attention to detail has enabled us to control and reduce costs and maintain accurate records. The portal is intuitive and customizable enough for our needs. The area that needs some improvement is the integration of inventory and billing. The team does a good job of keeping everything up to date, but some automation is needed in this area. The reporting module is not as intuitive as the rest of the platform but does provide useful reports. More flexibility and a more intuitive interface would be valuable.

One Source Communications and their Communications Lifecycle Management processes are top notch and should be considered the bar at which industry standards are set. Their field expertise is unmatched, and their knowledgeable staff are what truly set them apart from the rest of the pack.

Good communication, however the project took a lot longer than anticipated due to complications. I believe our configuration was not as straight forward as other clients so the initial configuration and setup went over the expected timelines.
