It's a complete workspace for managing tasks and projects. The different views list, board, calendar and Gantt make it easy to visualize projects in the way that works best for me. I also like the automation features that save time on repetitive tasks and the ability to set custom statuses, priorities and workflows makes it adaptable to any team also features like reminders, notifications and integrations with other tools help me stay on top of everything without missing important updates.

It cannot be considered a PPM tool. There are all kinds of deficiencies in the native resources. It's basically an advanced task manager. Very susceptible to failures and a very open configuration structure, bringing a lot of complexity to governance. Development of new features is slow, even for basic functionalities that it doesn't have, and as ClickUp doesn't make customized changes for customers.
