I have been a part of choosing, implementing, customizing, administering, and using xDome by Claroty since 2020. I have gone through this process at two separate healthcare organizations in two different states and had a great experience both times. The effort that Claroty puts into building and optimizing their platform for use by healthcare organizations is second to none. The resources provided to assist with the product don't stop after implementation, either. Support from assigned customer success managers and technical account managers continues as long as you are a Claroty customer. This includes regularly scheduled touch points and health checks as well as ad hoc sessions when needed. These people become an extension of your workforce and reach out to bring vulnerabilities etc. to your attention that are important once they get to know your environment.

My overall experience with Harmony Endpoint has been good so far. The product is stable and gives strong protection against malware and ransomware without affecting system performance much. We found the threat detection accurate and alerts are clear enough to take action quickly. Intitial setup took some time and the console can feel a bit complex for new users, but once configured properly it works reliably. Support response is decent, though sometimes it takes follow-ups. Overall, it does what it promises and gives good visibility into endpoint security.
