It was user-friendly and provided information directly to the employees, rather than having to get the information and then forward it on to the employee.

The ease just like the name - Ease of set up, onboarding and using the product have been very simple and easy to naviagate.

Support and system administrators are very capable and responsive.

The reporting module was very limited and not at all customizable.

-signing of company documents for company specific forms -no actual fill in and sign forms

I wish it communicated with our other systems better.
