The Support and Technical staff to address any arising issues impacting our broad base of users. Both staff have performed outstanding in tackling the user issues with quick response and action.
Its has allowed us the possibility of consolidating much of the real estate into one manageable platform. We have also been able to work with the product team for customized solutions.
One stop shop for our employees for Visitor System, Room schedules, Space management, Work Orders, and inventory.
The functionality of the software needs to evolve with future needs of the customer with the workplace and services of the end user as things change over time.
I wouldnt say I dislike anything. I would say it is still maturing with the app being an area of opportunity

Desktop Tool Excelling in Space Management Despite App Limitations
We use this product for space management. It's a great tool on the desktop but not very useful in the app. We don't currently use the reservation module which i believe is where the app can do more, but overall the app is not too useful.
