Insider's Architect makes it incredibly easy to manage our customer data across web and mobile channels, all through a unified dashboard that provides a complete view of every interaction. Creating and launching targeted campaigns is simple and intuitive, letting our team quickly engage users with personalized experiences. We've seen our conversion rates and customer satisfaction improve thanks to real-time personalization, as the platform dynamically adapts each website experience to visitors' needs
The only recurring friction point has been occasional invoices issues, which ca slow down internal approval cycles and require back and forth between finance teams to reconcile details. That said, the support team is responsive, takes ownership of billing questions quickly, and resolves team without impacting campaigns or performance, so it feels more like an administrative nuisance than a blocker to value.
The instability of the platform and non flexibility of the platform
The initial set-up process did take some time and needed input from our tech team, but after configuring Insider's Web Suite, everything has worked smoothly and reliably for our marketing and support efforts. It would also be helpful to have more out-of-the-box integration options for local messaging platforms like SMS and WhatsApp, but the strengths of the system outweigh this minor limitation
