I only use it to follow up on my own user stories, the other Agile roles use it to have a Squad view or an Epic view. Our Product Owner and Scrum Master make use of the built-in reporting capabilities. We have a dedicated Squad that provides company-wide reports at different granularity (eg by Tribe) for all to use.
