Most CRM's are limited in their functionality, Keap makes it simple to update notes on leads, create email campaigns that help turn leads into customers. It was a great product that I enjoyed using and helped my business run smoother.

I enjoyed the ability to keep detailed notes on clients and set reminders to follow up (which helped create better customer experiences). I also really enjoyed the ability to create email campaigns.

Retains data in a usable format. Usable integrations.

I like the email campaign capabilities. Once we set up a campaign, with multiple steps and stages, we can just sit back and let Keap do its thing. Each task can prompt another task depending on the parameters we set. We can even make it so that in the marketing email campaign, we can set tags to be removed or added to a customer, depending on whether they respond to an email or not. We can also easily see if an email we sent was opened or not or if it bounced.

Dislike

The lead time to learn the software did take a while, and I am pretty sure I was not using the full system to the best of its ability.

Exporting data for migration is an extreme challenge.

I wish there was a way to see if a customer has clicked on a link we sent in an email.

    We use KEAP as a CRM tool. The application is really very user-friendly. The interface is easy to navigate, even for the new users. The automation functionalities are very efficient. It integrates from lead capture to sales automation in one breath. It's just brilliant.
