You can use OTP/MFA codes into the logins so no one person is stuck with an MFA code. The notes are useful and the search functions work well if you label items correctly. In terms of what it provides, it does what it says on the tin. Easy to use and administer password manager. We have our own instance set up with different collections of passwords for different departments. It's really easy to create new collections and add users to them. We have it set up with account recovery so if anyone loses their master password to their Bitwarden login, we can reset their password and recover their account. Previously, the account would have had to start from scratch. I often use the send section, which allows me to generate a link and securely send over new passwords for users.
