A major atvantage is that you can use different AI technologies side by side (from deterministic to agentic). I can also use the individual LLM API I want and the visuell experience ist excellent. Support is fast, attentive and you do not feel like a number, even as a smaller customer. Hopefully, this will remain the case after becoming part of Nice. Feature requests are also possible. It is also essential that there are constant feature updates, so you never feel like you are missing out on something important happening in the AI world.

While the initial system tuning and establishing strict data sanitation rules took significant validation cycles to minimize edge-case failure, the overall reliability of the deployment has successfully streamlined our automated dialogue handling.

We have been very impressed with Omilia's IVR solution and people. Everything from interacting with Omilia staff to requirements gathering and implementation has been exceptional. This IVR was selected due to its AI abilities and so far it has delivered what was promised.

For our purposes, Amelia provides a wealth of information to interact seamlessly with customers without the need to search for information on secondary CRM platforms. There are several features that could be improved to enhance the agent user experience. unsure if this is within the capabilities of Amelia or simply a feature we haven't yet implemented
