They have also deployed specific teams who have both functional knowledge and also relevant technical knowledge. This helped us massively as they got the requirements from day 1 and started working on the digital transformation as soon as teams are deployed. HCLTech team effectively worked with us to transform the delivery and support with various delivery mechanisms and DevSecOps and thus delivering the value quickly to business teams. HCLTech team ensured that heightened monitoring is in place using the appropriate monitoring tools. HCLTech team brought in the AI capabilities using their proprietary tools like iONA and also strengthened the CyberSecurity practices within our account.
