I would describe the overall service as great. Although some things do take time I recognise not everything can be addressed instantly but ultimately it is addressed

The overall experience with IntelAgree has been so good it really manages all of our contracts easily and its automation capabilities are superb, it's a very rare combination of good product capabilities with very good customer support.

As an EA, I found Oneflow incredibly easy to use-navigating contracts and sending documents felt seamless and intuitive. I really liked the real-time editing and tracking features. and while customer support was helpful and responsive, I think there's still room to enhance customization options for templates and workflows. Overall, it offers solid value for the price, but a few tweaks could make the experience even better.
