Upgrades have been difficult in the past and although they are getting better, there is still always a nervousness around upgrading and the time it will take, because we have built so much code on the platform, we have a lot of regression tesitng that we need to carry out before going into production.

For instance, ability to identify users who have not logged in during the past 90 days, or the ability to find all users who belong to a specific role broken down by customer account. 2.
