1. Tableau

By Salesforce (Tableau)

4.4
(106 Ratings)

Overall, our experience with Tableau has been positive. It's a mature and highly capable data visualisation platform that makes it relatively easy to explore data, build dashboards and share insights across the business. The interface is intuitive and flexible, which helps both technical and non-technical users get value from it fairly quickly. It feels like a well-rounded product that does most things very well, although in some areas the pace of new features and overall value for money could be stronger.

2. Amazon QuickSight

By Amazon Web Services (AWS)

4.5
(87 Ratings)

For our team, Amazon QuickSight has noticeably changed how we interact with data. Being able to ask questions in plain language and quickly get dashboards or summaries has significantly reduced our turn around time for analysis. Since most of our data stack is already in AWS, the integration felt seamless and easy to get started with. That said, as we moved into more advanced use cases, we did run into some UI inconsistencies and limitations with more complex modelling which can slow things down at times.

I've had a genuinely good experience with Zoho Analytics-it feels like a tool that tries to make data less intimidating rather than more complicated. Setting things up was smoother than i expected, and once the data is in, building reports becomes quite intuitive.

Looker is an excelent tool for creating dashboards for data analytics, and it is very useful that you can provide data from many sources, including from the cloud. It provides all the tools you need to create a very professional report for your enterprise projects or for personal use. It's free and you can collab with other google accounts. You can export the report in different formats or you can have it on the cloud and it updates the data in real time.

By SAP

4.2
(32 Ratings)

We rolled out SAP Joule across our SAP S/4HANA environment roughly a year ago and the overall experience has been positive. The natural language interface genuinely reduces the time our team spends navigating complex SAP workflows. There have been some growing pains around integration and the AI responses occasionally require refinement, but the direction of the product is clearly strong and SAP has been responsive with updates.

Very suited for data intensive workloads combined with AI, but to costly for lightweight operational AI use cases. Databricks seems a strong long term candidate in the new AI age, but it needs to be complemented with other technologies that are more cost-effective for light-weight use cases.

7. Tellius

By Tellius

4.1
(7 Ratings)

Overall, my experience with Tellius has been quite positive. We started using it mainly to make sense of large datasets and identify trends quickly, and it has definitely helped reduce the manual effort involved in analysis. The interface is fairly intuitive once you get used to it, and the search-driven insights are a big plus. That said, there is a bit of a learning curve in the beginning, especially when setting things up or customizing dashboards. Some features could also be more flexible, but once everything is configured properly, it works smoothly. Overall, it's been a useful tool for improving data visibility and decision-making.
