Overall very happy with the implementation, the only issue we had was the techs installing it completed 97% of it, but because the system was comprehensive, they left a couple of minor things, which when we found out about them, were fixed easily. Very good system. We intend on installing the same system in another location and integrate the capabilities of the systems to cross over for overflows in calls and other things. This is an Awesome telephony solution provided by Cisco for a small to the midsized location of 10 – 450 users. Depending on the number of users and model of the gateway used, we can deploy and configure CME on network gateway itself. Most companies prefer to install and run CME and the back-up network Gateway. Cisco CME can’t provide the granular level of configuration or flexibility to cater to the complex needs of the customer, however, is the best solution for remote and branch office sites. CME can integrate with third-party application solutions which are either on-premises or service provider-hosted deployment scenarios and can cater most of the requirements of a branch office. CME can be used as a contact center for small to mid-sized companies and we can design IVR, Auto Attendant call flows to cater to the requirements of remote / branch offices. CME can be used to as Cisco Unified Survivable Remote Site Telephony equipment, which can cater calls without interruption when the WAN link between the Central site and branch office is down.
