I've been using Jira for the past 11 years across 3 different SaaS companies. Each had their own unique setup, workflows, and even use-cases for how they had Jira implemented, but our setup at my current company has been the best by far. While our dev teams use Jira Delivery, our product team has adopted Jira Product for all idea/feature tracking and for roadmapping.

ProductPlan is an easy-to-use tool and UI similar to Azure Devops in some senses. It can be used for high level planning of the product rather than in depth sprints and development tracking.

Primarily a project management and collaboration tool with robust task management and workflow automation features. Hive allows teams to automate recurring events who follow agile. Customizable Dashboards and Real-time collaborative features.
