I have been using Notion on and off. I always come back to it because of its immense power and ability to act as a "2nd brain" where you can store all your project management, however it is a daunting software that requires a lot of attention to setup and learn.

The template options that Notion provides are great, and there's a large variety to choose from to make your setup easier. The option to use collaboration tools like meetings and shared pages is excellent since you can manage both personal and team tasks in one space.

It offers an easy knowledge base by supporting self-service support to our community members and this improves their user experience and engagement Has powerful collaboration features which improve teamwork between community engagement and IT teams and this enhances knowledge sharing across departments It is an all-in-one workspace since it combines collaboration tools, documentation, knowledge base and project management tools in one platform which reduces use of multipe tools and this also increases work efficiency and information accessibility

For Notion to best help with your workflow and productivity, it needs to be customized for you, so there is an initial setup time and learning curve to overcome. If you do create very large pages with a lot of features it can also lag sometimes. The user experience of the mobile app version could be improved; a lot of pages created on desktop do not work well on mobile unless they are very simple note taking pages or to do lists, and the navigation menus feel slightly cramped.

From a community engagement standpoint, this is a great collaboration tool that manages all of our community documentation. I feel that it is underrated since it does more than this. For instance, my team uses it for making communication notes, developing project workflows, creating community guidelines and organizing technical knowledge bases. It also helps with engagement planning and it supports our available resources. My overall experience; it is an adaptable and efficient tool
