Overall, our experience with Amazon WorkSpaces has been positive. It has helped us standardize work environments and onboard new team members quickly, especially in a remote-first setup. The service is reliable for day-to-day work and fits well with our existing AWS infrastructure. That said, it's not completely frictionless. Performance can vary depending on connection quality and workload, and some aspects of the user experience feel more geared toward technical users. Despite that, it has met our core needs and has been a dependable solution overall.

Overall, my experience with Citrix DaaS has been positive, particularly for application publishing in our environment. The platform is stable and scalable. Application and access control functions well, and integration with cloud infra has made management easier. However, troubleshooting can sometimes be complicated and need more in-depth analysis. Documentation and support are good. Overall, it effectively meets our business needs.

Azure Virtual Desktop has worked well as a scalable, flexible desktop platform supporting both multi-session desktops and Remote app workloads. It integrates extremely well with the broader Microsoft ecosystem and, when paired with Windows 365 and supporting services, provides a strong end-to-end solution for enterprise users. What has not worked as well are ongoing machine SKU capacity constraints and the fact that some key enterprise features arrived later than we would have preferred when we initially adopted the product.

We are a full Microsoft house utilising E3 + E5 Step up, as well as E5 for around 1000 users. Microsoft is one of the biggest giants in the business for user productivity, and the simplicity is unmatched even when comparing to alternatives. I have had a positive experience in general supporting the operations of the business using 365.

Overall the experience was positive. The product worked well for our needs and was quite easy to manage. The only weak points were some issues during implementation, that required opening some support SRs, and a few bugs in some versions, later fixed

Overall the experience has been positive because the platform delivers reliable virtual desktops and supports remote work effectively. Deployment and life-cycle management were handled well and the system has been stable for most users.
