OnePlan has helped to standardize our project intake and approvals process, replacing multiple forms and workflows with a unified system. This has led to reduced administrative overhead and clearer project tracking.
View and connection between features
What I like most about this project is the responsiveness of their customer support team. They are quick to assist and genuinely helpful whenever you have questions. OnePlan also has an active user community where end users and admin owners can share feature suggestions. They also have frequent and ongoing system updates/releases. They also offer integration with other applications like Microsoft Project and Microsoft Teams.
Some of our users find the interface less intuitive, especially for tasks like change requests and simple capital purchases (our custom built form). Streamlining approval workflows and improving visibility into who approved what would make things simpler.
Product: Need to further develop the project management features. Before to do a strong strategy we have to get relevant data. (Project schedule, Resource capacity, financial data) Service: A lot of answers for items are transferred to Backlog but there is missing of visibiilty on backlog items.
What I dislike is the limited options in UX/UI customization. Certain buttons and design elements are not very intuitive or user-friendly for end users. Although the platform includes most of the common PPM tools, I wish it offered more advanced functionalities to adapt complex/special projects. While OnePlan offers training videos and articles, these materials are sometimes outdated due to the frequency of system new releases and they don't always cover all features or scenarios in detail. There are also very few public training resources for troubleshooting and learning purposes.
