My overall experience with Planisware Enterprise has been largely positive, especially in managing complex projects and providing good visibility into providing plans and resource allocation across cross functional teams. The application is very smooth and flexible, which is best for enterprise level environments like ours where structured project management is critical.

Because I've been using the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) service for a while now, and overall it's a very robust portfolio management solution for centralizing demand, projects, and resources, and providing a more strategic view of what's running in the company.

From an enterprise perspective, my experience with Planview has been centered around delivering strategic portfolio management at scale. It enables alignment between strategic objectives and execution by providing visibility across projects, resources, and financials in one platform. Planview has helped our leadership translate strategy into very measurable outcomes.

We have been using Shibumi for several years now as our Strategic Portfolio Management tool. The great thing about Shibumi's SPM capabilities is that you can do SPM the way YOU want to do SPM. If your organization is maturing into the SPM mindset, it is a big culture change and you can phase in processes and functionality at the speed that your organization can absorb it. If you are relatively mature in your SPM needs and framework, Shibumi can be configured to support those ways of working. We have configured a priority scoring approach within the tool that improves upon the spreadsheet approach we had been using previously. We used familiar concepts, terminology and visualizations for the organization. We did the same with a risk assessment framework. With Shibumi, we are now in a position that we can put Strategic Portfolio Management "at the center" of our business operations as we continue to progress in PMI's Portfolio Management Maturity Model.

The overall experience with Clarity has been positive, especially for organizations managing large scale projects. The platform offers robust functionally for portfolio and project management, providing clear visibility into resources, financials and timelines. Its powerful reporting capabilities and customization options make it a reliable tool for strategic planning and decision making. While there are some flaws in learning curve and the user interface could had been better. While the interface can feel complex initially, the depth of features becomes valuable once the user is familiar with it. But its capacity for large and complex projects make it great for project and portfolio management.

The support team went above and beyond to make sure the deployment went smoothly. We did not have any issues but it was reassuring to knoe they were there.

We brought in OpenTest PPM (still feels like calling it Micro Focus PPM our of habit) to bring some order to a portfolio that had grown past what spreadsheets and ad-hoc status decks could handle. On the technology analysis side, it took our team a while to map our existing project data model onto it's structure. The tool is powerful but opinionated, and if your governance process isn't already fairly mature, you'll spend real time configuring workflows, request types, and fields before it starts paying off. Planning & performance management is where it's genuinely strong. Once we had our project types and workflows configured, the ability to roll up status, resource capacity, and financials into a single portfolio view was a big step up from what we had before. So integration was a mixed bag, connecting it with our existing ITSM & Financial systems worked, but needed help from OpenTest's professional service and a fair bit of middleware work on our side. It's not the kind of plug-and-play integration you'd get with newer SaaS-native tools.

I feel that I am treated as though I am their only client.
