In our experience, Archer's customer service team is responsive and knowledgeable. Archer offers a premium success program which enables relationship building with your representative. This has proven invaluable in helping us solution several pain points. Archer does have a few limitations. New functionalities, often available due to acquisitions of other companies, can be rolled out too quickly, leaving some features underdeveloped or incomplete. Also, its user interface can feel outdated though their team is actively working on improvements utilizing customer input. Modernization of the platform is on the horizon which we eagerly anticipate.
