Overall, the experience has been good. I used it as a student and now as a teacher to post announcements, assignments, and files. I like that it allows me to organize class content, set deadlines, and grade assignments all on the same platform. However, my experience uploading rubrics to the platform hasn't been very good. It's a bit confusing, not very intuitive, and takes a long time to enter all the criteria, especially when grading performance levels.

It's a great tool for learning with the strong community which is available 24/7 and ready to help. I can easily track the progress and the activity logs.

The solid communication and content tools of Blackboard Learn are compromised by significant grading problems. Fixing the platform's features would make Blackboard Learn easier to use for instructors while also saving them time on administrative tasks.

By storing materials exclusively within Brightspace, I have both remained focused and saved time that I would have spent searching through multiple sources. Through Brightspace discussion forums I have managed to connect and cooperate with my fellow classmates.

CYPHER Learning equipped me with the substantive knowledge to design a good learning environment conducive to lasting change. From this platform I therefore conclude that it has various advantages and many attributes that can be useful to help improve the student learning process.

On the positive side there was the flexibility of open source and the collaborative aspects of the work; however, the problems with the gradebook and lack of compatibility with other systems caused more problems than it solved. It was simply too complicated and involved too much effort, as well as experiencing negative effects on efficiency.

Some aspects of the program are relatively useful, especially the grading system and communication. The absence of compatibility with other important educational aids, though, greatly reduces its usefulness. I think it is lacking enough options to meet all the varying ways of teaching and learning models used in higher education institutions.

The software is really helpful in managing our day to day operations.
