Good implementation model and strategy. Flexible resourses. We as a customer are challanging and the implementation was cross divisions and funktional areas. Level of MDM understanding varied from very low to very high. Stibo handled this well and offered to adapt agreed implementation strategy as project progressed. Implementation included migrating from exisiting MDM platforms for core data and a PIM system customized for online publishing. Using 3rd party skills the gap in data models and information model could be closed. Documentation of delivered solution not up to standard. The delivered workflows and business rules setup in the system were not completely documented by Stibo. This is a vital piece missing in the implementation. We have a highly integrated IT environment with multiple ERP, DW and MPS systems. A lot of time was spent on integration in the project for data going out. Strategy taken was to transform and convert data before it reach target system to minimize number of applications impacted by roll-out Complexity of IT implementation was not recorded properly before project start.
