Ramp is incredibly easy to use and makes submitted expenses hassle free. I often order dinner for the office and expense it and it makes it incredibly easy. I've also done some work with the Ramp API and it's been overall very easy to use and getting more featureful even as I've been using it!

user friendly, but doesn't flow well. If you enter quickbooks code, it kicks you out to approve instead of just refreshing where you are. Would like to be able to divide cost between multiple classes in quickbooks

I really like being able to drop in a screenshot and have the output basically always be correct. The fact that I don't need to check much about it or edit most of the time is what makes it for me.

Ease of use, prompt and helpful support (we can talk to real people vs only having AI agents), quick and easy integration to QBO

Ramp is a little pricier than I'd like, though it does provide a solid service.

not being able to divide invoice between multiple classes/jobs

High FX transaction fees - around 3% on top of FX - and the need to have a legal entity in the foreign country in order to avoid said fees. If we were able to open a foreign currency account within ramp without that requirement, we would for sure do; instead of looking for a separate vendor for that.

Ramp is good, user-friendly, and has a lot of useful webinars. Could use some automation to make manual work more efficient, like managing bill/transaction splits. It would be very helpful if we could use "templates" for splits or map the way we code transactions to memos.
