Ramp's AI automation features and the overall application interface is amazing. Also, we have been able to completely pay for our end of year company party with Ramp rewards from using the cards to pay bills. This was not something we even considered when switching over.
Physical card. Easy to integrate per our Finance team. Available App.
I really like being able to drop in a screenshot and have the output basically always be correct. The fact that I don't need to check much about it or edit most of the time is what makes it for me.
We have had some sync issues in the past which is really my only complaint. This seems to have gotten a lot better with the most recent Ramp updates.
Not as easy to use as a traditional credit card. Some vendors do not recognize or accept. Thicker card for some reason.
Ramp is a little pricier than I'd like, though it does provide a solid service.

Receipt Download Feature Appreciated Despite Issues with Vendor and Expense Processes
Overall I like Ramp. I gave it a 4 rating because I dont like it does not automatically update when I set up a vendor in Sage Intaact. I have go out and then go back and sometimes its still not there. - AP ManagerGov't/PS/EdEducationReview Source
