We transitioned to Deel to simplify and centralize our global HR operations and it has transformed the way we manage our workforce. Before switching to Deel, we were juggling multiple HR systems across different regions and processes. With Deel, we were able to consolidate 5 separate HR systems into one platform while seamlessly running payroll across all 6 countries where we have employees. The support has been extremely valuable. Having a dedicated HR Manager has helped us navigate complex multi-state compliance requirements with more confidence. They partnered closely with us to build an employee handbook tailored to the various states where we employ our team members. State tax and registration management has been especially helpful as a remote-first company with employees in multiple states. Deel has streamlined the process significantly and provides guidance as we continue to hire in new states. Benefits administration is super smooth under Deel PEO. Open enrollment, employee support, onboarding and ongoing benefits management have all felt more streamlined and organized compared to prior providers.

The transition was smooth since we were already on a PEO model and the shift was not too disruptive to our employees. What did not go so well are the expense management platforms. JustWorks is unable to automatically import credit card transactions. The expense reporting feature for reimbursements to employees is extremely basic and lacking considering we have to pay extra for this feature.

My company uses Paychex to manage and process every thing related to Payroll and in my 9 years that I have worked in the company as a Payroll Manager, I never had any issues using his software and receiving the attention. In a good way, they make me job very easily because I don't have to worry if an issue arrives, they always plan way ahead and keeps you updated. Also, it is good to know when you become a client with antiquity, they offer discounts.

My overall experience with Rippling has been very positive. It brings, HR, payroll and IT management together in one platform, making dat to day operations more organized and efficient.

Insperity is... fine. It's better than the platform we used before, and there are some real conveniences with our setup, like being able to see paystubs and 401k status all in a single dashboard. However, there are small technical frustrations littered throughout the experience, and some experiences like putting in PTO are an absolute chore to do.

Routine tasks are easy, but user setup and permissioning is complicated

Group Management Services has been a wonderful asset for our human resources department. The controller has these responsibilities and Group Management Services makes their job alot more efficient.
