We are in the process of implementation of Sapiens IDIT Suite since past two years. Phase 1 is likely to go live in Sep 2023.

TIA has improved a lot the last 2 years: more focus on what customers need and helping and listening to customers. We've had good discussions and help with topics like GDPR, SEPA and upgrading. Also good explorative sessions on pricing combined with RADAR and Claim handling.

Well balanced non-life insurance platform which supports all major processes required for company functioning in demanding digital era. Very good insurance product configuration option and ability to connect to third-party services & tools including B2B/client portal, which enables new sales channels.

I've found Guidewire Insurance Suite to be really helpful in supporting strong governance and compliance, which is important to us as a heavily regulated company.

The functionality Keylane provides through Axon has a high quality and is very reliable. We also use the SAAS proposition of the product which proves to be good service, reliability and scalibilty. We work together now for more than a decade. Our company was one of the first implementations of Axon (at that time called QIS (Quinity Insurance Solution). The implementation itself, but also the developments to the core system in a later stage proved Keylane to be a genuine partner in business. These days Keylane has grown rapidly with implementations in several countries which sometimes lead to less focus and attention than ideally wished for but still a great business partner.

Overall experience with msg.PIA is very good. They offer good personalized service and have good product. We want to work closer with msg.PIA so we can use their professional experience on making the product that we use even stronger.
