The chat support is pretty solid. The actual interface is fairly useable. It generally just works
I like Rippling's customer support providers services. They ensure 24/7 live support and are available for both phone calls and online chat. The software supports self-service. Effectiveness of the tool when it comes to cross border payroll and compliance. Rippling is well organised. It has so many services altogether.
The filters are not flexible. I would much prefer to be able to filter by (paid / unpaid), or date and name - the only way you can currently sort by name keeps popping you to all expenses screen after each receipt view, this is time consuming and a bit annoying especially if you have too many expenses and employees to go through... I hope this is on their roadmap to be made more flexible.
I think generally the UI is a bit overcomplicated at times. The contract lock-in is really annoying. And the different departments you have to weave through sucks.
Honestly, I have nothing against rippling software. It is a reliable tool for workforce management.

Reliable, with minor glitches, but with outstanding support team that is responsive and helpful in most of the time! The Spend management module has made a real difference in employee reimbursement for us. It saves time for me not to chase others for receipt uploads, makes the approval workflow easy and quick.
